Our Mission

To empower women, youth, and refugees economically and environmentally by providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills in sustainable and modern agricultural practices, to create job opportunities and improve the quality of life in vulnerable communities.

Our Values

Our values ​​emphasize the necessity of cooperation between all segments of Jordanian society for the sake of Jordan’s future, the necessity of feeling responsible and committed, and the importance of ensuring human rights and obtaining opportunities regardless of origins or background.

Around 14% of the agricultural land in Jordan is cultivated by women.

    – Enable communities to grow crops that meet daily needs.
    – Transform agricultural products into marketable goods and boost income via local and online markets.
  6. Facilitating Access to Organic & Local Products
    – Provide consumers with easy access to plants, flowers, and local produce through an online platform.

It is estimated that about 30-40% of farmers in Jordan have received training in the fields of agriculture and modern agricultural techniques. The percentage of women farmers who have received agricultural training is estimated at 35% of the total women working in agriculture in Jordan.
